The Sheepcote, our brand new spacious shepherds hut, is based in the Kent High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sits in its own south facing half acre garden with fruit trees, silver birch and a young oak tree. Outside there’s plenty of parking and an area with a bench, table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the countryside, watch the buzzards fly overhead and in the evenings listen out for the soft hooting of our resident owls! Its the perfect place for a romantic break.

Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Nestled between the beautiful East Sussex villages of Ticehurst and Wadhurst (voted the best place to live in the UK 2023), The Studio at Brick Kiln Farm offers a unique opportunity to relax and stay next to working farmland surrounded by stunning countryside. Ideally situated, guests are spoilt for choice when deciding how to spend their days. Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney Castle are within easy driving distance and an evening can be finished at one of the excellent nearby village pubs.

The Garden Studio has spectacular views over the Kent countryside from the property's floor to ceiling windows. The self contained compact studio has private access and includes lounge chairs, coffee table and a double bed. We have a dining table/ two stools overlooking the terrace. There is a fridge, a microwave, a two ring electric hob together with a kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a toaster in the kitchen area. Iron/Board/Desk/Chair are on request prior to stay. Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Sit and enjoy the large private garden from the sunny south -facing terrace. This rustic home has an authentic feel, with a quirky calming country design, interspersed with antique furniture and botanical artwork throughout. Dog friendly. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

The Oast Cottage: Private Annex with own entrance.

We are pleased to offer our refurbished annex with double bedroom, private bathroom, own front door and a private field for dogs. Oast Cottage is a converted stables attached to the main Oast House. The Oast is set in a conservation area of Boughton Monchelsea which consists of converted farm buildings, listed houses and a 16th Century pub (directly opposite). The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.

St. David's House in the heart of Cranbrook

St. David's House was a coffee tavern in the 1880s. It's in the heart of beautiful Cranbrook, close to Union Mill, a working windmill which you can see from the bedroom. A minute's walk takes you to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, and independent shops. The Apartment is spacious, with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, bathroom with bath & shower, one double bedroom & a comfortable double sofa bed. Private secure parking. Well behaved pets welcome.

The Lodge

The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

Pickle Cottage Tenterden

We would love to welcome you to our converted timber framed building (once a pig shed!) with modern furnishing, wooden floors and high ceilings. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Freeview TV, walk-in shower. Peaceful Kent countryside location, set in half an acre of garden, 1 mile from Tenterden. Great for weekend getaways, family holidays and an ideal venue for small business meetings.
