Over the years, Ballarat's highly sought-after builders extended this house and added an amazing lantern style roof to bring an abundance of natural light in this beautiful home. THE COOPERARE is a short walk to CBD, cafes and specialty shops or a short drive to most of the Ballarat attractions.

Ligar Homestay - comfortable and stylish near city

Our house has charm and a nice vibe, guests tell us the house feels homey. We are international travelers with an interest in Ballarat gold history so we have decorated our home accordingly. When making a standard booking for 1 - 2 people, you have access to one bedroom - the main bedroom has a queen bed with sitting area. For an additional fee, there is a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom off the lounge room has a small double (3/4) bed that can be opened.

Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed.
