Cathedral Town- Historic House - Country Garden

Ideal location for exploring Brecon and the surrounding National Park. A few minutes walk from open country in one direction, and five minutes from the town centre in the other. The cottage, opposite the Cathedral, adjoins one of Brecon's finest Georgian buildings, Grade II listed Priory Hill House, with which it shares a lovely half-acre garden on the banks of the River Honddu, with spectacular views of Pen y Fan. Tastefully furnished with Welsh antiques, a newly equipped kitchen, TV, & Wifi.

The Cosy Cabin

The Cosy Cabin at Old Glanrhyd Stables is nestled at the base of the Afon Tarrell Valley in the Beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park. Within walking distance of the infamous Pen-y-Fan, our Glamping Cabin is situated in a tranquil setting with a meandering stream, paddock and small wooded area – all for you to enjoy. An historic fully refurbished character barn attached to our traditional Welsh Long House home. Having a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed accessing it via a beautiful spiral staircase. Downstairs is an open plan lounge kitchen dinner with a wood burning stove and a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen is well appointed including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a wine cooler. Large windows are at the front and back of the property with the most stunning views.

Llia Cysglyd

Llia Cysglyd is a beautifully appointed self contained annex. With a truly panoramic view out over the Brecon Beacons mountain range the accommodation is central for the whole South Wales region and an ideal base for walking,cycling,golf and mountain climbing .The Gower is an easy drive as is Brecon ,Cardiff and the Bay.There are many local attractions including the waterfalls at Pontneddfechan,Big pit ,Dan yr Ogof caves,Caerphilly Castle, Castell Coch and Bike Parc Wales to name just a few.

The Bwthyn - a riverside rural retreat

The Bwthyn - a tiny cruck-beamed cottage, situated at the confluence of two streams, tastefully restored to offer a place of peace in beautiful surroundings in the Brecon Beacons National Park, close to Pen y Fan & Black Mountains. A cosy quiet space to stop and breathe, with walks at all levels from the door. Bridge House Sleeps 2 (self contained)

Bridge house. Located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons this refurbished traditional cottage is full of original features including oak beams and stone a fireplace. The cottage has 3 rooms for private use; living room (sofa bed with mattress), kitchen and bathroom, heated by an eco-friendly biomass boiler. Freesat tv and DVD player. A few metres takes you to the nearest footpaths leading to beautiful hills, the Taff Trail or a pretty stream along a valley. Brecon mon canal a short walk.

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage in heart of Beacons

Cwmclyn Canol is a quiet and cozy cottage inside the Bannau Breicheniog National Park with a pub within walking distances and footpaths directly onto Pen Y Fan. The cottage was refurbished in 2022 to a high standard and boasts magnificent mountain views. Additional views include waddling ducks, squabbling chickens and honking geese. Good wifi, TV/DVD, films and a box of games. Kitchen has plenty of everything and there is a log burner in the living room as well as a firepit outside.

The Stables, stylishly renovated is an idyllic cottage hideaway in the heart of the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park. Ideal as a base to explore the Mid Wales lakes and mountains, a romantic weekend, or just to relax. Just 10 minutes from the town of Brecon with its historic cathedral, yet only an hour from Cardiff; the cultural hub of Wales. The local village; a few minutes away is convenient with it's garages & convenience stores and pubs. Well behaved dogs welcome to stay.
