Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. Open plan living in a studio that's both historic & one of a kind plus kitchenette with microwave & shower room. There is no bedroom but there are sofabeds, a kingsize & a single bed. Squadron Headquarters was a teenage den hence table tennis, smart tv, desk & good wifi to wfh. NB there are no curtains just a blackout blind in 2 sleeping areas so only semi dark- light comes through from table tennis area. Tennis court on the property as well as a garden off the farm drive

The Dovecote is an elegant peaceful cottage, set in a garden of a medieval Manor. In Tudor times the Dovecote providing doves to the Royal Palaces Today, the dovecote has undergone extensive restoration, converting it into a charming living space, with modern facilities and fast Wifi. Now it's ideal for different purposes from a relaxing getaway, to a home from home for a business traveller or a quiet space to study. The Dovecote has a modern kitchen with a dining Table.

Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop outside the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

Peaceful and with stunning views, you will find Hoarstone Cottage the perfect place from which to enjoy everything that the Cotswolds countryside has to offer with a wealth of walks, cycle routes, bridleways and wildlife right outside your window. You will also find yourself within easy reach of plenty of renowned towns, such as Burford, Woodstock, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, all of which will enable you to enjoy a fantastic Cotswold holiday.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Bothy, with a natural swimming pool

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.
