The Sorabellas is a tourist accommodation located in the historic center of Gaeta. It offers three studio apartments on three different levels, offering excellent privacy. The small building is located in a side street of Via Indipendenza, the ancient seaside village, at the top of a flight of stairs.The space is very well looked after and equipped with every comfort,here you can spend your holidays in a typical period accommodation. The apartment is on 3 floors, has 2 bedrooms with two double beds (both with air conditioning) and overlooking the sea,and 2 single beds on a mezzanine (with fan). The house has a beautiful terrace with kitchen that you will love!

La casa è composta di: camera da letto matrimoniale, cucina/ sala da pranzo e bagno. All' esterno è presente uno spazio esclusivo e tanti altri spazi comuni. L'abitazione dista 4km da Formia e Gaeta, 20km da Sperlonga e 3km da Itri. La stazione dista 2km e potrete comodamente visitare Roma o Napoli.

La villa si trova sulla collina sopra la spiaggia dell'Ariana a circa 300 metri dal mare, a 3 km dal centro abitato di Gaeta e a 18 km da quello di Sperlonga. L'appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e posto auto riservato, ha una ampia e panoramica area esterna ad uso esclusivo.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
