Kalmia Cottage is a private 550 sq ft cottage and you don't share any part of the cottage or yard. It has a living room, one bedroom, eat-in kitchen & bath. Also a fenced in yard and patio with BBQ grill . It sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the one bedroom and a queen convertible couch Digital TV and free wifi.
