Our modern two-story, one-bedroom home sits on a private, secure, and quiet residential lot. You will have exclusive use of the entire house, property, and pool. Enjoy ocean views and breezes from the second-floor balcony, as well as the saltwater pool in your backyard. A 3-minute walk down the hill brings you directly to the beach. The ground floor features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, breakfast bar, cozy living area, and a half bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to the yard and pool area, where you’ll find an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, a thatched roof shady area for lounging, and a concrete garden table with thatched roof. The private Balinese-style saltwater pool is spacious and beautifully designed, with underwater benches and sun shelves for comfort. It also features a cascading waterfall and lighting, all controlled by a wall-mounted tablet. Stairs lead to a separate entrance on the second floor, where you’ll find a large open bedroom and sitting area. This space includes a king-size bed, a single bed, a couch, bar fridge, closet, and a bathroom with shower. The room has a powerful air conditioning unit, though the ocean breeze also keeps it comfortable. A Smart TV with a Netflix guest account is provided, and you can log into your own streaming services as well. The bedroom opens onto a spacious outdoor balcony with beautiful ocean views. Please note: this is a one-bedroom home with one king bed and one single bed.

Our rustic home is on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have full baths. The third upstairs bedroom has half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The pool has no lifeguard so use at your own risk) A separate detached bedroom with queen bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. Please make arrangements with Daniel if you would like any meals prepared during your stay.

The beach is a 15min walk away or a 3 min drive. We are just 20mins south of Jaco Beach, 40mins north of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The Juan Santamaria International airport is 2hrs away.
