PLEASE make sure you count children as guests on the reservation.Our Cyclist cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and one full bathroom.The cabin faces the Creeper Trail and has a lovely large covered porch area with plenty of seating.The river is just steps away at the back of the property.Boasts a well-stocked kitchen,a gas grill, a dishwasher, AC, Smart Tv and Wi-Fi. DO NOT WEAR BIKING footwear in the cabin if it has spikes or hard bottoms,it will scar the floor, and you will be charged

Step back in time with this original 1890s Appalachian solar powered off grid cabin. The cabin has been renovated with all the modern conveniences: solar-powered and includes hot water, gas stove, full bathroom w/ shower, refrigerator, sleeper sofa folds out to queen size bed. With each stay fresh towels and linens are furnished. Kitchen, hot/cold kitchen sink, K cup friendly coffee machine and more! Covered front porch with bench and 2 rockers. Off the porch is a picnic table and gas grill.

The cottage features 3 spacious bedrooms, each on its own level; a fully equipped kitchen; great room; dining room; laundry room; and a 2nd-floor loft accessing the 16'-wide balcony. A 20' x 12' deck offers space for outdoor relaxing and dining and opens to the yard with fire pit.

Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. The River House is a quiet two story farm house that sits on the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. Enjoy the relaxing wrap around porch where you can hear and see the sights of the river. A short walk from the driveway is the Virginia Creeper Trail, the perfect place to hike, bike, or just walk with family. Fish along the bank of the river or take a short trip to the town of Abingdon to visit the Barter Theatre.
