A kid-friendly cabin located close to downtown Hendersonville and all the area has to offer. Centrally located to near-by Brevard and Asheville while accommodating all the comforts of home. Entire property for use of guests. While we do not live on the property we are only a phone call away. The cabin is nestled in the heart of the Western North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, close to downtown Hendersonville. It's centrally located between Brevard and Asheville. Our brand new tiny house is in the wonderful community of Simple Life Village. We purchased this little gem because of the fascination we’ve had with downsizing, simplifying and embracing life. Nestled in the village of Flat Rock, 10 minutes from Hendersonville, you will never be short of things to do, from hiking and biking to exploring historic sites.

Visit neighboring cities for hiking, biking, walking, horseback riding, kayaking, tubing, and zip lining in the area. Kayaks and guided tours available to local hiking and waterfalls!

Approx 1,000 sq ft 1920's cottage completely remodeled with the 20's feel still present with the original hardwood flooring, doors and trim. The bedrooms are smaller because of this fact but it doesn't lack in character! Circle drive around back of cottage with plenty of parking as well as private back yard. Close to everything that historic Hendersonville and Flat Rock has to offer!
