The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Relax in the countryside & enjoy the beautiful outdoors. This annex is a new addition on a 300 year old thatch farmhouse. You have your own private space, direct access from road, a small fenced garden and a parking space. The flat has a double bed, en-suite, and lounge-diner with sofabed for kids. You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. We are on site and therefore able to offer a personal and friendly service to help with anything you may need during your stay. Dogs are welcome (small fee per night)

The contemporary self contained studio apartment with king size bed is in a rural, private but accessible position and is attached to a quaint thatched cottage but with its own entrance, parking and garden areas with bbq. Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Branscombe Chalet on the Beach

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Beech Cottage, Southlands Farm, Dunkeswell

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

Starfish apartment is a modern, centrally-located, first floor apartment with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and free parking. It is two minutes from the picturesque pebble beach of Beer, and individual shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. It is on the doorstep of the South West coastal path with stunning views and walks across to Seaton and Branscombe. Visit Beer Caves or Pecorama or hop on the bus to Seaton or Sidmouth. Beer is a quaint fishing village with lots to offer, a hidden little gem.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden.
