The Black Bear House

This house is modern and comfortable, we aim to make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. It's got a ping pong table and a DVD player for a throwback. There's a BBQ for all the steak from the butcher down the street. If the coffee machine isn't good enough, there's 3 cafe's within 500 meters of the house. Fresh bread in the morning? The bakery is just down the road. If those places still don't have what you’re looking for the shopping mall is only a 2 minute drive away.

You’ll love my place because its located in a quaint village where you can unwind, go for walks, eat in or out or enjoy visiting Shoyen Gardens, Zoo, Wellington Caves, live show (DRTCC) or the cultural centre. You could be wanting somewhere special to stay for a night, a few days weeks or months. The cottage has all modern comforts & is a contemporary interior. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and business travellers. Pet fee $15 per pet / per night.

The Ponderosa Farm Stay

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. We have 120 aces of mainly farming land with horses , chickens , cats and dogs. If you like fishing then you are welcome to catch a few on the Macquarie river which is on the property. Our horses are all trotters who are all trained here on our track. The accommodation is fully fenced and we are pet friendly. We do prefer dogs to stay outside and are definitely not to be left unattended inside the tiny house.
