Two brand new homes, side-by-side, located in the heart of Milawa. Modern accommodation with private alfresco rear yards, with vineyards within metres! Open plan living areas with just the right amount of space for up to 6 guests. Walk to everything Milawa has to offer - restaurants, Brown Brothers Winery, Milawa Mustards, Milawa Cheese Factory, Milawa Hotel, Milawa Bakery and more. At your doorstep are bike paths which lead to other nearby townships such as Oxley, Markwood and Wangaratta.

Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

Conveniently located in the heart of Milawa, Karmala 1919 is a beautiful 100 year old heritage home for you to relax and unwind while exploring the Milawa Gourmet Region. Here you will find Brown Brother's cellar door and Epicurean centre at your door step, and close proximity to everything North East Victoria has to offer. It is also perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the views of the vineyard or the snow on the mountains in winter from the comfort of our property.

Delightful Moyhu in the King Valley. Moyhu has a fantastic Country Pub, General store and delightful cafe. These are all in walking distance from Nunyara. The Moyhu Lions Club Market is held the third Saturday of every month. Moyhu is centrally located to all the major wineries Pizzinis, Chrismont Delzottos, Brown Brothers are all a short drive away. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area .
