We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 convertible d’appoint avec surmatelas). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Le Mazot au fil de l’Ô vous promet une parenthèse hors du temps. Niché dans un hameau alpin paisible, ce cocon entre chalet et cabane est bordé de deux ruisseaux, en pleine nature. À 800 m d’altitude, au pied du plateau du Parmelan, il se situe entre le lac d’Annecy (15 min) et les pistes des Aravis (30 min). Un point de départ idéal pour randonner, skier, pédaler ou simplement se reconnecter dans un cadre calme et ressourçant. Ici, le luxe c est la nature, ici on ralentit, on se reconnecte

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Chalet de 42 m² très paisible situé au milieu des montagnes idéal pour la détente. Péage Annecy nord à 15 mn. Vous profitez des stations de La Clusaz et du Grand-Bornand à 20 km, du lac d'Annecy à 9 km, de Thônes avec son marché à 9 km. Randonnée en montagne, promenades et VTT sur place. Aire de jeux, city stade à 1 km (Bcp+ dans mon guide de voyage ci-dessous). Cuisine induction, lave vaisselle, prise VE, jardin équipé, abris, transat. Arrivée à 16h les vendredis, samedis et dimanches.

Dans un écrin de verdure, petit chalet d’alpage rénové (mazot) de 25m2 sur 2 niveaux avec grande terrasse et petit balcon face aux montagnes. Un havre de paix à quelques kilomètres du lac d’Annecy et des stations des Aravis (la Clusaz , Le Grand Bornand..). Situé à Alex, 6km de Menthon St Bernard ( qui offre plages, commerces, restaurants, piste cyclable, location vélos, pédalos), à 15 mn du site de parapentes de Planfait ( Talloires) et à 13 km d’ Annecy, la Venise des Alpes.
