It has a delightful full kitchen with a touch of class featuring butcher block counters, subway tile, farmhouse sink, and all brand new appliances, making it as much fun to “dine-in” as dine out. It is totally private and ideal!

Our custom-made studio is nestled in the woods with a country feel yet close to everything Bend has to offer. Outside,we have two large decks overlooking the wildlife with beautiful mountain views. Inside this 1100 square foot studio with a loft ,we have vaulted ceilings with open beams, a pool table, hunting trophies, and handmade woodwork throughout. You will have a private studio with no shared spaces that includes two queen beds, a kitchen, a living room, a bathrom, two decks, and a hot tub.

Private and peaceful, yet just minutes to great local dining, shopping and outdoor recreation. The historic downtown and river are an easy 6 minute drive into the heart of old Bend. Spacious 3 room suite-living makes longer stays comfy! No shared interior spaces. Our extensive gardens, gazebos, grills, firepits are shared and open for guest use!

Thank you for your interest in The Cozy Lookout Tower! Our unique vacation home is really a destination location rather than just a place to stay while you explore the area. Many of our guests are repeat guests that use our home as a place to recharge, relax, cook, read, talk, play games and connect with that special someone. There are some lovely hikes in the area, we encourage you to bring your dog and enjoy the beautiful surroundings by taking some hikes then returning for a soak in the tub!

Quail Park Haven in NW! King Beds & Hot Tub

Relax in this peaceful NW Bend home with king beds and access to Quail Park. Enjoy natural light from the skylights and high ceilings. Kick back in the expansive backyard with mature plantings, tall trees and flagstone paths. Multiple patios including a deck off the living room, a paver patio with fire-pit, hot tub, outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. EV charger, HEPA air filter and garage access. No parties or pets please. Trip insurance recommended if illness, weather or smoke may be an issue.

Pointe of Blessing with hot tub and canyon views

Prepare to be blown away by the astounding sunrises , sunsets and awesome moonrises you will enjoy at the Pointe of Blessing. We feel our canyon perch is a gift from God too good to keep to ourselves. Our cozy home sits atop an outcropping of rock which juts out from the canyon rim affording us unobstructed views up and down the length of the Crooked River Canyon. We overlook several holes of the Crooked River Ranch golf course and Smith Rock is visible in the distance to the South.

Located just one block (3 minute walk) from the Deschutes River, private community pool, tennis and pickle-ball courts or stay home and relax in the private hot tub. Our place is a perfect active family getaway.
