Close to the beautiful bay, less than 2 miles to Cape May and Wildwood Crest beaches. Great for two couples or a small family (no child under 3 yrs.) One adult must be 25 yrs of age to rent. Enjoy Cape May shopping, visit the Cape May Zoo or the Wildwood Boardwalk. Experience the best sunsets at the Jersey shore on the bay. SORRY NO PETS. Owner on premises.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Take a nice sunset stroll down the bay or enjoy a dinner on the back deck. After the sun goes down light up the gas fire pit in the back yard to wind down! It is a short 15 minute drive to both Cape May and Wildwood if you’re visiting for the beach or just a relaxing trip. You can find many different restaurants and things to do around town!
