Easy access to highway 91 north to Vancouver and south to White Rock and the US border. Centrally located in the GVRD. This is a family home and the hosts live upstairs. The suite is 1/2 below ground, has a private entrance and is walking distance to historic Ladner Village with convenient access to transit.
