The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

We are walking distance to Free Will Brewing Co., restaurants, parks and tree lined trails. Pearl S. Buck House and the Lake house Inn: 5 miles. Sellersville Theater & BCCC: 1 mile. Lake Nockamixon: 10miles, Doylestown: 13miles & New Hope: 22miles. We are about 1 hour from Philadelphia & the Pocono Mountains. Close to wineries, breweries, boating, biking, theatre & kids activities.

Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

This cozy space is ideal for the solo traveler--business or pleasure--a couples' weekend getaway, or small family trip. Guests can park in the private entrance with an overhang. We are right at the edge of town on the main street in Richboro so in walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The yard is beautifully maintained, and the decks, outdoor grill and fire pit are available for your use and enjoyment during your stay. Owners live in the farmhouse and are generally available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the local area.
