Situated one block from Town Square, Rothesay Cottage consists of the front rooms of an original 1870s home, moved from Newbury by steam tractor in 1928. The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

When its time to dine and explore a three block walk delivers you to the main st of Daylesford. The original 1950s home of much loved locals Edna and Jack Grant and their five boys for 60 years. Toast them from your private deck whilst enjoying the town vistas and the wonderful 1500 sq metres of mature garden they planted.

Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

Little Jem is a luxurious brand-new house designed for comfort and relaxation. The house is spacious, elegantly furnished and walking distance to town. Little Jem has all the comforts, with its luxurious king size bed, big double shower, spa bath for two, separate toilet and all with under floor tile heating to keep your feet warm. The electric fireplace for those cold nights is beautiful to watch while on the big comfy couch or just to have on while watching the smart tv.

Our cosy, eclectic, homely bungalow sits on top of a large timber deck at the rear of our home that’s set in amongst the gum trees & forest with a view from every window. We provide fresh free range eggs, local honey, coffee, teas, milk & a few extra pantry staples!

Foletti's Barn - Cosy Daylesford retreat.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

Howard’s End is a charming traditional-style 1880s miner’s cottage in the heart of Daylesford. Just 150m from cafés, shops and restaurants, it offers a peaceful yet convenient retreat. Lovingly restored in line with its colonial origins, the cottage provides a comfortable place to relax, enjoy the sunny gardens, and take in the timeless character of the home. For larger groups, neighbouring Lu Lu’s Cottage sleeps an additional six guests.

Studio Solaris is a small but delightful self-contained studio space suitable for two. It is sparkling clean and it is located at the end of a quiet road. It is the perfect place to relax. There are some lovely country walks to be had around the neighbourhood from the Studio. It includes a queen size bed, a large bathtub, washing machine and a kitchenette to prepare meals. There is an outdoor deck with table, chairs and an umbrella.

Locarno is a spacious one-bedroom cottage with stunning views over the surrounding forests of Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve. Situated in the most desirable part of Hepburn Springs, the cottage provides a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The kitchen contains all the essentials if you want to prepare your own meals, but the Daylesford/Hepburn Springs area has a well-deserved reputation for outstanding cafes and restaurants.

Casa Linda is a 1920s cottage with contemporary features. Each bedroom is furnished with new comfy beds, bedding and hanging space. The design is a mix of mid-century style and rustic country charm. The bathroom has been recently renovated for a fresh and modern feel. Located an easy 5 minute walk from the Daylesford Hotel and the shops of Vincent street its a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend away.
