Our home sits in a big and private lot with a large fenced backyard. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room area (open concept). You'll have smart tv's with YouTubeTV included (you can sign into your own account for other tv providers). 65" TV in living room and 43" TV in the master bedroom. Grill and firepit area outside. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and washer & dryer. PETS NEED APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is so much to do! Two wineries, the Silver Comet Trail, High Shoals Falls, great restaurants, downtown Dallas charm, more! We include a pack of crackers, one bottled water per guest, and a few coffee filters. There's a stack of firewood for use in the fire pit. There is a Bible and some games inside and under the coffee table. Nightlight in restroom.

The Homestead Hideaway is a peaceful suburban sanctuary. NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Our backyard has been transformed into a family friendly playground for kids & adults alike, a well maintained yard complete with jungle gym, geosphere climbing structure, giant sandpit, organic garden, bunny hutch, butterfly gardens, & deck in the woods just down the path, over the creek. You can enjoy the entire backyard at your leisure.

Cozy Pet Friendly Private Cottage

Our cottage is a private, quiet pet friendly retreat. This is very nice, safe family neighborhood. There are still farms up the street and great walking and hiking trails in the area. Minutes from great shopping and dining at the Avenue of West Cobb. Also about 12 minutes from the Marietta Square, also great for dining, shopping and historical tours. Atlanta is about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
