Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood of NW Corvallis close to campus. The large guest suite has its own private entrance, mudroom/office, bedroom with king bed, living room with couch/Tv, kitchenette, and bathroom. The entire 700 square foot space has been remodeled with modern updates. You’ll enjoy a comfortable memory foam mattress, custom tile shower, hotel quality bedding and towels, August smart lock entry, fast internet, TV with Netflix, Prime, YoutubeTV (and more!)

Cozy guest suite close to bike path, Witham Hill natural area, and OSU campus. This private, ground floor space comes equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room. The living room is well-lit and opens to the full kitchen. The spacious bathroom is wheelchair accessible. Great wi-fi and perfect for visiting faculty or families. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood nestled among oak trees where birds, deer, and western gray squirrels are frequent visitors.

Our place has one queen-sized bed and is suited for one person or a couple. It's a small, sunny studio with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, a natural food store, restaurants, and, if you don't mind a 1.5 mile walk, OSU campus and downtown. Basic amenities include a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We use non-toxic cleaning products. Pesticide free, too.

Tranquil Garden Home in College Hill

Keep it simple at this cute and cozy home in historic College Hill. Located between OSU campus and the edge of town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the center of campus or the coffee shops and restaurants on Monroe Ave. Stroll the other way through OSU agricultural fields to the Irish Bend covered bridge or climb Bald Hill for beautiful views of the coast range. Here for a football game? It's only a 15 minute walk to Reser Stadium.

Charming 1940's bungalow, with private garden entrance. Feel secluded while still being near the necessities. Great place for writers and remote work. Coffee shops, breakfast spots and a fantastic natural foods co-op, all within a two block walk. Easy, flat, 20 minute walk to OSU, coffeehouses, restaurants, groceries, parks and more... Great area for biking to anywhere in town.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Close to town but far enough away to have your own space, come stay at this rustic little tiny home on half an acre.
