The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. You'll be close to everything Salem! This is an entire unit in a duplex with privacy. Enjoy wifi, full coverage cell service, and Xfinity hotspot service. You'll have the entire place to yourself. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. Enjoy a relaxing stay in the country. We are conveniently located between Salem and Albany and only 1/2 mile from I-5. Our comfortable and well appointed apartment has beautiful views of the orchards and farm fields that surround us. Our small horse farm will make you feel calm and serene as you enjoy your stay at the Roddy Ranch. Please be aware, this is an upstairs apartment.
