The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. The patio and attached yard is only available for use by guests through prior arrangements with owner. The oversized couch is big enough for two to sleep on.
