The cottage is a 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio, New Braunfels or Fort Sam Houston. Owners live next door.

Centrally located with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants: 7 miles from Randolph Air Force Base, 12 miles from New Braunfels and 15 miles from downtown San Antonio. We live in the main house in front of the guest house. The swimming pool and bbq grill is shared with us. The security cameras cover the driveway and the pool areas.
