This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Die familienfreundliche 75qm (3,5 Zimmer) Erdgeschosswohnung liegt am Dorfrand von Churwalden. Dem schmucken Bündnerdorf, das Einstiegsportal zum Skigebiet Arosa-Lenzerheide. Der Ort verfügt über eine spektakuläre Sommerrodelbahn. Das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freibad / Eisfeld, sowie alle Liftstationen sind in max. 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Rückfahrt von der Piste zum Haus ist mit Skis oder dem Bus möglich.

Wir bieten Dir ein gemütliches Studio im Grünen, in einem ruhigen Quartier am Hang mit fantastischem Ausblick auf die älteste Stadt der Schweiz. Vom Bahnhof bis zu unserem Haus sind es 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss. Mit grossen Koffern empfehle ich, ein Taxi (CHF 15.00) zu nehmen. Unser Haus steht am Hang, es geht ziemlich aufwärts und hat viele Treppenstufen. Vom Haus zu Fuss in die Altstadt sind es 5 Minuten.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Wir stellen eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche sowie eine Waschküche zum trockenen der Skikleider, Schuhe ect zur Verfügung, wer will darf die Waschmaschine gerne mitbenützen. Internetfernseher und WLAN stellen wir Gratis zur Verfügung.
