With one bedroom and a sofa bed, it’s the perfect place to get away with family or friends. Hannah & Olly look forward to welcoming you to the Lodge. Family friendly, you are welcome to enjoy the spacious garden and kids toys (trampoline, wendy house, ride-ons, swing & slide).

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Recently refurbished, 1000 sq ft (93 sq m), light and airy garden flat in a large Victorian house. Seconds away from the restaurants, bars, shops and train station of Whiteladies Road. A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.

Beautifully presented throughout, this apartment is conveniently situated in the heart of Redland, making it perfect for couples or solo visitors of all ages. Guests will enjoy all the amenities of Whiteladies Road with artisan coffee shops, lively pubs and a wide range of restaurants just moments away. Parking is included for one car.

Woodside Lodge - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning Lodge with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

Small, lawned garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and adjacent public footpath to lake. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is right on your doorstep. The property also has Michelin star restaurant The Pony and Trap a short walk away, owned by Masterchef judge Josh Eggleton.

The Engine House offers self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Bath at Withy Mills Farm. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, The Engine House enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. The Engine House will suit couples looking for a romantic hideaway. Snuggle up for a cosy evening with a log fire. Unfortunately The Engine House is not suitable for small children.

Lower Brook Cottage is a cosy 18th Century cottage located in the picturesque village of Woollard within easy reach of Bristol & Bath. The Cottage is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and we are also dog friendly (1 small/medium sized well behaved dog is welcome!). Ultra fast fibre broadband is a recent addition for guests needing to work from the cottage or simply surf the internet .

Harbourside Hideaway - Superb Flat with Terrace

Our one bedroom apartment is ideally placed on the iconic Bristol harbourside, and just a stone's throw from the excitement of Bristol city centre. Spend cosy evenings in or enjoy the sun on our luxuriantly furnished terrace! The apartment is situated within walking distance of countless restaurants and bars along the harbourside, as well as attractions like the SS Great Britain, Bristol Aquarium, galleries and museums.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located up on Dundry hill with magnificent views over the city of Bristol and the famous Suspension Bridge. This Coach House is set within the grounds of a beautiful Georgian Manor House with its glorious gardens and Parkland. If you love nature and walking then there is plenty to explore.
