Nestled between the hustle and bustle of Oxford and the beauty and calm of The Cotswolds, the Cottage provides a newly refurbished home from home to stop, relax and explore the surrounding area: Blenheim Palace and Woodstock (7.5 miles), Soho Farmhouse (8 miles), Bicester Village (8.5 miles) and Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm (12 miles). The Cottage sleeps up to 2 with a king sized bed (and additional sofa bed in the downstairs living room).

Nestled within the confines of a Victorian Walled Garden, in the grounds of a historic 17th Century Farmhouse, the newly reconstructed Potting Shed offers a secluded studio space for two to explore the Cotswolds or relax at home. A combined living/sleeping area with doors onto a private terrace and a separate full kitchen and separate shower room (with loo) divided from the living area by sliding doors. Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake.
