Vous découvrirez sa magnifique cheminée monumentale et vous tomberez sous le charme de cet édifice authentique, chargé d'histoire avec tout le confort moderne au coeur d'un beau parc de 3 hectares avec son étang à seulement 15 min à pieds du centre historique ou 3 min en bus gratuit.

Proche des bords de Rance, à 10 kms de Dinan et 20 kms de St Malo. Commerces à proximité. Un havre de paix arboré sur deux hectares et un étang. Massages bien-être en sup.

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.
