Holler Hut

Our tiny little cabin is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you are looking for a remote getaway with beautiful sites, some fabulous fishing, or riding your side by side through the mountains, this place is in the heart of it. Nestled in the holler of Leadmine, WV is our hut. So close to Thomas, WV with their streets of shopping; Davis, WV with Blackwater Falls and restaurants; Canaan is not much further up the road. And the endless trails to ride your buggies!!

Dandy Flats - The Quaintrelle

Tucked inside the oldest historic buildings on the main drag in Thomas and adorned with 135-year old plaster walls, original woodwork, encaustic tile and purple marble - this tastefully styled flat is for those looking for the transportive experience historic buildings deliver. With espresso, galleries, live music, shops, food, and drinks steps away, you have the forests and a tiny cityscape just steps out your door. Rustic Luxe Cabin (4x4 Required)

Situated on 10 acres and surrounded by a 600-acre nature conservancy, Rustic Lux is a new construction that fuses the charming details of a rustic cabin with high-end modern luxury. Guests can enjoy complete privacy with quick access to all the wonders of Deep Creek Lake! Rustic Lux is only 4 miles from the lake and Wisp Ski Resort. The road back to the cabin is a little rough but is pretty flat and in no way dangerous. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles.

Victorian Farmhouse with view of pleasant valley

A tall farmhouse with high ceilings and a big backyard on a gentle wooded hillside. We have 4 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, also a crib in the master bedroom. A great space for cookouts with a view of Backbone mountain and the farm land of Pleasant Valley. You'll be 25 minutes from the Wisp resort at Deep Creek Lake and less than 5 minutes outside of the town of Oakland with the historic B&O railroad museum.

Off Grid Cabin near Dolly Sods. No 1

Located at Rocky Hollow Paradise. has solar lights, NO electric, wifi, or cell service. Sleeps up to 6. Has a full bed with linens in bedroom. Bring sleeping bags for full and cot size beds in loft. Pillows are provided. Battery powered Shower outside(summer) and inside. Degradable bags and bucket in the bathroom. Rd is dirt and steep in places. 4x4 or AWD is recommended. Behind locked gate. Wood stove and a propane heater. No pets.

Tree House

Wintertime readiness: When we have snow, 4-wheel or All-wheel drive will be best. Watch the weather. Un plug at Tree House. The cabin now has Wi Fi. There is also a DVD player w/ DVDs. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music. Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.
