A Unique Garden House in the heart of the Kent Countryside with views across our 3 acre orchard. Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

Our detached lodge is set in the grounds of our gated property overlooking the hot tub and stable yard. It has 2 bedrooms and a large lounge with 2 sets of French doors to take in the views. TV,dining table and 4 chairs and comfy sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and toaster. Gas central heating and heated towel rail in bathroom. Private parking outside lodge and free airport parking for those flying from Southend airport. Cot and high chair available. DVD players and dvds

Our cool and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment has all the things you might need during your stay. Complete with a beautiful garden and hot tub. There are local amenities including a mini supermarket and a handful of restaurants right at the end of the road. Only a 10 min uber ride to Lakeside shopping center, where you will you can shop or enjoy restaurants, bars, and a large number of activities. Including Puttshack, Boom Battle Bar, Axe Throwing, Darts, Beer Pong, Shuffleboard and more.

Plantagenet: A Historic Country Cottage with Pool

A delightful and unique country cottage with historical links to the Plantagenet Kings of England! It's tucked away, surrounded by mature gardens with views over the Eastwell Manor country estate. Plantagenet Cottage is full of character and charm, it's spacious, very private and relaxing . Our heated pool is great in Summer [closed in Winter]. Enjoy the beautiful Kent countryside, great pubs, a nearby Spa, beaches, Canterbury and lots more - or simply just chill out at the cottage !

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Fire up the BBQ, enjoy a good meal and then spend the evening in the hot tub. Perfect for anyone looking to get away from it all The Lodge offers a romantic hideaway, with exclusive use of the hot tub jacuzzi and a low height mezzanine sleeping area on a futon mattress where you can star watch in bed while listening to the local owls.

Cottage in the Wood, Detling

'Cottage in the Wood' contains two double bedrooms one with en-suite bath/shower and one with shower room along with a sheltered hot tub taking advantage of the rolling Kent countryside with extensive views over the local Vineyards and North Downs beyond. The small and picturesque village of Detling is found on the slope of the North Downs, just northeast of Maidstone, and on the Pilgrims' Way - ideal if you're looking for a break only a short distance away from London.​

Pancake Lodge - with hot tub and four poster

Pancake Lodge is a perfect sanctuary with four poster bed and hot tub. This quirky cabin sits amongst a working apple farm with beautiful views across the glorious Greensand Ridge. Guests can relax in the fabulous surroundings and indulge in scenic walks using the many public footpaths that cross the farm. There are also many local walks too. The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.

Handcrafted Hop pickers shepherds hut perfect for either a romantic break or a well deserved escape from the bustle of life. Experience nature in luxury, sit in your hot tub and enjoy the views and country living. You are in your own private space. You have full use of your own private hot tub. The shepherds hut has a inside kitchenette, bathroom, a full size double bed and log burner. Outside has a charcoal BBQ, fire pit, lay z spa hot tub and seating area.

Outback shack/hot tub option/cinema romantic

A cosy wooden cabin with real character, offering a snug built-in bed and an extra sleeping level, an inviting lounge and a warm rustic vibe throughout. Step onto the spacious deck with outdoor seating and a seasonal pool table — perfect day or night. Tucked away for privacy yet close to the A13, A127 and A12, with easy access to Leigh-on-Sea, Old Leigh and Southend. A peaceful, quirky retreat ideal for couples, solo travellers or small families.

The Annexe with hot tub & private courtyard

The Annexe is a self contained studio decorated to a high standard attached to the main house. We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty located at the end of a bridleway/track on the foot of the North Downs in Kent, ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions or a relaxing break. It has its own entrance and private courtyard with a hot tub. We can accommodate two adults and a child (additional charge for 3rd person)

Huge loft style Kentish roundel conversion. Situated on a farm set back from the road it is beautifully peaceful, with circular jacuzzi bath, projector, screen, all mod cons. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
