Your entrance is separate, but we share a courtyard and driveway. The front stoop is just a few steps from your parking spot (there are 5 steps down, and one up) and a balcony in the back that looks over our backyard. (Please note the studio is one room with bathroom, essentially like a hotel room ) We are a 20 min walk way from the downtown mall. Floor is heated in the winter * Just added a semi sheer privacy curtain *We currently do not have a designated path leading to the studio. * No pets

Kayaks are available for your use on the lake. Unit approved with a Special Use Permit for Tourist Lodging by Greene County.
