This little cabin sits on our 40-acre property, also home to Saoirse Pastures- a farm animal rescue and sanctuary. 4.5 miles to downtown Ithaca, 4.5 miles to Taughannock State Park & Trumansburg and 17 easy miles to Hector and the Seneca wine trail make the location perfect for whatever adventure awaits you! Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.
