The Nest gives a stunning central location right in the market square, next to the bustling market, Ludlow castle, and the many pubs, restaurants and shops that Ludlow had to offer. Right in the centre of town but top floor location gives peace and quiet and stunning views looking north over the south Shropshire countryside with the long mynd in the distance. Please not that the top floor location means that there are several flights of stairs so NOT recommended for people with mobility issues.

Our apartment is just a 15 minute walk into Ludlow town centre with its pubs, restaurants, independents shops, and of course the 11th century castle which hosts the Ludlow food festival amongst other things . Ludlow is also the perfect base for exploring the South Shropshire country side and is only a stones throw from Ludlow racecourse.

The historic town of Ludlow is a short drive. Please be aware that the property is down a farm track, if staying in winter.

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.
