Derwent Valley offers a beautiful day out cycling, cycle hire available locally. Ultrafast broadband means you can work as well as walk (85 Mp)

An ideal location for walking or sight-seeing in the Peaks this two bedroom (1 double, 1 twin), two bathroom cottage has its own private secluded & enclosed garden (perfect for dogs, max two pls!). The cottage is fully equipped with everything you might need including a wood burner and excellent wi-fi. It is located a 15 minute walk from Castleton.

Torside is the closest dwelling to Peak Cavern in the stunning and 'other worldly' Peak Cavern Gorge. The Gorge is a SSSI and one of the Seven Wonders of the Peak. A further three renowned show caverns, 7 pubs, cafes and shops are within walking distance. The scenery is dramatic and ever changing as the weather rolls in over Mam Tor from the West. Temperature inversions create outstanding conditions for photography. The cottage is vernacular and decorated to English Heritage standards.
