It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our Apartment is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. Bilocale in villa, con accesso indipendente, composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano e poltrona e su richiesta si può aggiungere un letto singolo sia per il terzo ospite e sia per chi vuole dormire separato, un ambiente cucina e bagno con doccia e lavanderia, adatto per tre persone, per coppie e per avventurieri solitari. L'alloggio è servito da un terrazzo panoramico. Oltre il terrazzo c'è anche una porzione di giardino con prato ed un doccia in muratura.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

L'appartamento dista circa 300 m dalle spiaggie di Citara, Cava dell'Isola e dal Parco Termale "Giardini Poseidon ". Il centro storico dista circa 2 km.
