My place is close to the beach (only 900 metres) and 2 houses from the park. You’ll love it because of the indoor living space, back deck and bbq, location and tranquility. Its perfect for couples & families. The north facing deck has an 8 burner BBQ, dining setting and lounges with still plenty of lawn for the kids. Its the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city to unwind and relax. Bed linen is included in the booking price I look forward to helping with your next holiday.

Bright open plan interior with a cosy fire. BBQ on the north facing deck. A relaxed getaway all year round, sleeps 8 across 2 levels with 2 bathrooms. An additional fourth bedroom with 2 bunks is disconnected from the main house. Large securely fenced yard to kick a ball, bounce on the tramp or run with your four legged friends.

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!
