Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

There are two lofts, a primary with a queen bed, accessed by a custom staircase, and a second with a double bed accessed by ladder. Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Boudreau's Chalet

Recently renovated 3 bedroom home, with a beautiful waterfront view. Perfect for 2 couples who want their privacy since the basement can be seperated from the rest of the house. Some people may find the stairs steep, and the ceiling is a little low upstairs. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!! I will charge a $1000 damage fee if you bring pets. NO SMOKING!!!!! I will charge $1000 damage fee if you smoke in my house. NO GLITTER!!!!! I will charge $25000 damage fee if you bring glitter.
