First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use hence the reduced price. Ideal for 4 guests but can fit up to 5 if 2 adults, 3 children

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The 150 year old cottage is up a quiet lane above the town of Burry Port. Guests love the view across the bay to the Gower and the peaceful country setting - with mature private garden, terrace & BBQ. There is wi-fi, Sky TV and a cosy dining room with a log burner for the colder days (logs provided). It’s close to the beach at Pembrey & the attractions of the Carmarthenshire countryside. Use this home as a base to visit many other coastal beaches within the region. Does not offer a sea view, but who wants to be inside when the beach is on your doorstep.

Gelli Hir Farm holiday cottage is a converted detached stone barn situated on a 70 acre equestrian holding with outstanding views over the surrounding countryside. The cottage is a self contained unit which sleeps 4/5 people with wood burning stove, sunroom, ample off road parking and open spaces for children. There is no enclosed garden area and the spaces are open. The cottage is based in a quiet rural area but close to shopping centres, tourist attractions and castles.

"Ty-Ni" is situated in the idyllic township of Laugharne on the Carmarthen Bay Estuary, a good base for visiting Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire, in South West Wales. Laugharne hosts the poet Dylan Thomas's Boat House and writing shed where he wrote some of his works including "Under Milkwood". Ideally located to explore the Coastal Path for stunning scenic walks, and close to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Narberth & further a field St David's, Pembroke, the West Coast.
