This well loved and maintained cottage is beautifully furnished and offers two bedrooms with queen sized beds; two full bathrooms; twin sized pull out sofa; and an open living dining area with a wood stove; central heat and AC and ceiling fans.

And there is a fenced in area attached to the house where dogs can be let free. The house is in a convenient location with quick and easy access to all areas of downtown Asheville, and attractions, and 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are local stores and restaurants within just a few miles of the house.

Spruce Fork Cottage is a cozy cabin using some solar energy with 2 bedrooms, living/dining area, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. It is a prefect getaway for 1 to no more than 4 people and is within 20 minutes of Asheville, 15 minutes from Black Mountain, 10 minutes from market/gas. Areas to hike are close by or accessible via the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mount Mitchell is an hour north on BR Parkway, Carl Sandburg is about an hour South. Everyone is welcome.
