All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Maison DeLaFontaine is located in the historic medieval center of Bruges, nestled between the old Fish Market and the sunniest terraces of Bruges along the Coupure, just 500 meters from the Market Square and 300 meters from the Rozenhoedkaai. Free underground parking available 200 m away (saving you at least €18 per day), as well a free bicycle storage on-site. The luxury room is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs. All major attractions are within a 3 to 10-minute walking distance. ;-)

The neighbourhood is green (forest & canal between Damme and Bruges) and quiet. Enjoy the surroundings only 4 km from the centre of Bruges.

Ontwaak met een ongerept wijds zicht op de verdronken weilanden (Meersen) en akkers; wisselend op het ritme van de seizoenen. Geniet van het schouwspel van de fladderend zingende veldleeuwerik, het blij gekwetter van zwaluwen als de avond valt. Lig languit op de steiger, stap in het bootje om zomaar wat te dobberen op de natuurvijver. Wandel, fiets, zwem of doe gewoon eens lekker niets.

La TOUR a FOLLY in Bruges (free private parking)

The Tower is situated in the historic centre of Bruges, in a quiet neighbourhood at some eight minutes’ walk from the ‘Markt’. In the 18th century the tower was reconstructed as a ‘folly’, characteristic of the period. We are proud to say that our family has supported this heritage for more than 215 years. In 2009 we reconstructed it using refined decoration and catering for all modern conveniences. Last but not least: free private parking in our big garden
