Our Cottage is fully self-contained, architect-designed and immaculately presented. Please note, to minimise cost for only 2 guests, we close off the 2nd room with ensuite, when not in use so you don't pay for what you don't need. A $120 surcharge is in place for 1 couple or 2 singles travelling together and needing the 2nd bedroom, so kindly inform us if this is the case. The surcharge does not apply for 3 or 4 guest bookings. Please see Goosewing Homestead, for our larger dwelling with pool.

Hollybrook, an adult only retreat, is a beautiful slice of country living on a 100-acre historic farm in its own valley, just 1 hr from Wahroonga. With open plan living spaces, fully equipped kitchen and wood fire, the house is fantastic for a special time away with family or friends. All rooms have views across fields, vineyards and mountains, with the huge covered verandah providing the best vantage point only occasionally obstructed by wandering kangaroos, wombats, foxes, and the local cows.
