The eccentric efficiency layout offers a king-size bed & queen-size pullout futon-sofa w/ full bath. Kitchenette provides fridge, sink, microwave, & Keurig coffee. 65" mounted Roku TV w/ apps & highspeed internet. It goes w/ the territory, but the roadside location on River Rd does create some road noise.

The cottage is a 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio, New Braunfels or Fort Sam Houston. Owners live next door.
