Self contained small studio next to owners home, offering all the basics for you to explore the Brecon Beacons National Park, National Showcaves, Craig y Nos Castle, the Monkey Sanctuary and Henrhyd Waterfalls. Visit Mumbles and the beautiful Gower coast, for the engergetic follow Route 43 of the National Cycle Network. Two great pubs serving food within walking distance. On road parking. We leave guests enjoy . 40 minutes by bus from Neath station, ask for advice before booking if unsure.

Two Little Ducks Cottage

Recently modernised mid terraced cottage within walking distance (1 mile) to waterfall country. This cottage is the perfect location for those looking to explore the Brecon Beacon National park with Pen y Fan just a 20 minute drive away. The newly opened Zip world tower is just a 10 minute drive and Bike park wales 20 minutes. Great range of shops, takeaways & pubs all within 1 mile. The property contains two double beds and one single. The single is better suited to a child, please see photos.

Yr Hen Stabl

Yr Hen Stabl is a dog friendly, converted farm stable full of character and charm. It is simply furnished with antique Welsh furniture and textiles. The cosy interior with wood burning stove offers a comfortable space in which to relax after long walks in the Brecon Beacons or from which to work remotely. Based near to the waterfalls, the cottage provides easy access to outdoor activities such as wild swimming, gorge walking and hiking. It is also conveniently situated for the Gower coast.

Whatever brings you to the town, our place is ideal for those wanting to make the most of nearby attractions such as: Waterfall country (exactly 1 mile away), Brecon Beacons, Bike Park Wales, Pen-Y-Fan, Dan Yr Ogof caves, Penderyn Distillery etc. Dog-friendly with free on site parking for two cars, plenty of local amenities within walking distance such as the Co-op convenience & various takeaway outlets.

Shepherd's Hut in Brecon Beacons

Escape to the Bannau Brychieniog / Brecon Beacons National Park and stay in our cosy shepherd's hut. The 'Bee Hive' hut is close to the village of Penderyn and next to Beili Helyg Farm. The hut has a double bed, kitchen & dining area with folding table, fridge & ice box, combi microwave oven, double induction hob and Belfast sink. There is a shower room with flushing toilet. Below the master bed is an alcove with a futon for a child to sleep comfortably. Decking, fire pit, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

With a truly panoramic view out over the Brecon Beacons mountain range the accommodation is central for the whole South Wales region and an ideal base for walking,cycling,golf and mountain climbing .The Gower is an easy drive as is Brecon ,Cardiff and the Bay.There are many local attractions including the waterfalls at Pontneddfechan,Big pit ,Dan yr Ogof caves,Caerphilly Castle, Castell Coch and Bike Parc Wales to name just a few.

Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

This one bedroom cottage consists of one double bed, one single bed and also has one very comfy sofa! There is a fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine/tumble perfect for cleaning those muddy clothes after your waterfall walk. Outdoor balcony area over looking the river, perfect for breakfast al fresco! We are pet friendly too!
