The Bay of Fires Bush Retreat is set amongst a beautiful bush setting, close to the stunning Bay of Fires beaches, and only 2.5km from the Binalong Bay township, and 8km from St Helens. The Bush Retreat has a fully equipped kitchen ready for guests to use at their leisure, or for those who would prefer to take a more relaxed option, we have our Platter Bar and pre-prepared meals made by our in-house chefs, as well as our Bush Retreat Breakfast $25pp that can be pre-booked prior to arrival.

We host our families beach shack in North Binalong Bay, quite and surrounded by the Bay of Fires/larapuna. Less than a 5 minute walk to Baileys Beach, close to the mountain bike trails of Bay of Fires (10min) and St Helens (20min). Dog friendly, workspace with hi-speed WiFi , well equipped kitchen, self contained, relaxed atmosphere. Owned and operated by hosts Lee & Chris.

Our family have been enjoying holidays at the shack for over thirty years. Enjoy spacious living areas, stylish decor, water views and our private, bird-filled native gardens. Relax in the new outdoor bath or explore the bush track winding down to a secluded bayside beach. Not another shack in sight. Beer Barrel Beach, the Maurouard surf & Peron Dunes await at St Helens Point 8 minutes drive away as are the Mountain Bike tracks. Time to recharge and relax on the Bay of Fires coast.

A peaceful place to relax after exploring the beautiful Bay of Fires area, swimming, surfing, walking or mountain biking on nearby tracks. The Shack on the Hill has beautiful views across forest reserves. Keep an eye out for the amazing birdlife including parrots, cockatoos, robins, blue wrens and Sea Eagles cruising past. The cottage has a large open plan kitchen/dining and living area and a large covered deck for outdoor dining and perfect for coffee in the morning sun.

This traditional Beach Shack has magnificent views over Skeleton Bay - part of the World famous Bay of Fires Tasmania. A lovely iconic holiday house for family or friends to be able to relax in and enjoy a true Tassie holiday. It is the perfect location to explore what Tasmania's East Coast has to offer, from The Bay of Fires, down to Bicheno and everything in between. The Sol Shack is not a good fit for groups of 3-4 adults due to it's size and room configuration.
