The cottage has a rustic, country feel with the original part being over 100 years old. Very close to local wedding venues and within cooee of the Blue Mtns Botanic Garden, cider sheds, National Park, apple picking, cafes and so much more! The house has 4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests and surrounded by country gardens, green lawn and plenty of wildlife filled trees. If you love being outside you'll love the large swimming dam and cozy outdoor firepit area! The home features thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, quality linen, aircon, indoor and outdoor fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen, family dining area and a sunroom.

Featuring a tennis court, a secret garden, meandering pathways to explore, a huge trampoline and a swing set for kids (and kids at heart), and seasonal gardens. Perfect base to explore the mountains or just have a relaxing weekend enjoying the house and grounds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).
