Only a short distance to the magnificent Shropshire Hills which offer excellent hiking and cycling and also only a short drive to Shrewsbury Town Centre which is famous for its medieval buildings, Norman castle and Abbey. The town is great for shopping and socialising and hosts a large number of independent retailers, excellent restaurants, traditional pubs and cocktail bars. A very central location within easy walking distance of Shrewsbury town centre, the award winning indoor market, Theatre Severn, the Quarry Park, River Severn, railway and bus stations. Nearby there is a local shop, pubs and restaurants and the bus stops outside the house.

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.

There are no shared spaces. The accommodation is in a separate building from the main guest house. The Attic is cosy yet very spacious accommodation. Set just off Abbey Foregate. 5 minutes walk to the Abbey, English Bridge and Wyle Cop. 8 minute walk to Train Station, the Castle and Prison. Access to River Severn walks and the weir just 2 minutes away through the lovely Castlefields Park directly opposite. We can provide contactless entry and exit to suit.

The Stable is a self-contained annexe to our Grade 2 listed barn conversion. Located on a private road in a conservation area just a few miles outside the historic town of Shrewsbury. Private entrance & free private parking. You will be surrounded by numerous walking routes and National Cycle Routes, The Shropshire Hills, AONB.
