Casa Morroco is a one-of-a-kind property, located in the heart of Jaco, it’s just a short walk from the beach and Jaco’s main street, where you'll find restaurants, bars, supermarkets. It is very private and surrounded by lush gardens. The suite is fully equipped, and ready to host you in comfort. Enjoy the swimming pool, social area, and beautiful gardens, shared with three other suites. Only registered guests are permitted on the property no visitors allowed for your privacy and security.

Paradise Found

Our rustic home is on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have full baths. The third upstairs bedroom has half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The pool has no lifeguard so use at your own risk) A separate detached bedroom with queen bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. Please make arrangements with Daniel if you would like any meals prepared during your stay.

Hello, we are Lukáš and Oleksii. This is our dream home that we built for ourselves with love and passion. It is our second home. While we are not there, we will be happy to share our dream place with others. But with those, who will treat our home (full of our personal art and items) with respect. Our home is ideal for those, who are looking for a place to hide, contemplate or create. It has two bedrooms, a study, living space with kitchen, terrace and a tropical garden with a pool.

Rosanna and her daughter live discretely in separate caretaker unit, providing security and advice. *Turn-off is located just BEFORE the TROVA gas station*

The house is well equipped with a private pool where you can relax after a day visiting beautiful Costa Rica. You also have access to a shared swimming pool in the gated community. We provide boards, chairs, towels and a cooler so you can enjoy your days at the beach.
