Swimming pool to use and plenty of shops for food just a short walk or drive away. Train station not far. Between Brisbane and the Gold Coast so the best of both worlds. The unit has a washing machine. The unit is not air conditioned but has ceiling fans. There is a big dining table and a big tv lounge. The bedroom space is big with a queen size bed, a king single and a single. This is a non smoking unit.
