A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. It has a fully appointed stainless steel kitchen and private stone bath. It features a queen bed, A/C, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.
