Near to Hockley Woods and walking distance (15 mins) to Hockley Town and close to Rayleigh with buses in either direction. Southend Seafront and Chelmsford are a bus ride away. Hockley Station is a 20 minute walk, which is direct to Stratford or London Liverpool Street station.

Close to town center, shops, train station and River Crouch. Other things to note: There is a kettle, toaster, microwave and a sandwich toaster/grill. This is a KITCHENETTE, not a full working kitchen. Breakfast is provided in the way of Bread, Cereal, a choice of apple and orange juice, tea and coffee etc.

A two minute walk to Bonchurch Park and a short walk to Belfairs Nature Reserve. Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 20-30 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. EV charger available. A small south-facing patio available for guest use. Off-road parking space.
