The Stable, Curbar in the Peak District National Park is newly refurbished in contemporary style. The 200 year old stone stable has stunning original features mixed with a modern look and a wood burning stove. With one bedroom the stable is perfect for a romantic weekend or a peaceful solo break while the double supreme sofa bed makes it perfect for friends as well. From the doorstep you can walk up to the beautiful Curbar Edge and also down to the Bridge Inn or Chatsworth is a 10 minute drive.

This cosy barn has been recently and sympathetically converted to a one bedroom, one bathroom detached annex, perfect for a weekend getaway. Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Haddon Hall and the Monsal Trail are just some of the attractions in the area. Sleeps 2+2.

We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.
