Pursuits include the Retro Arcade Machine (100’s of games), the Pub Quiz machine, the Nerf Wall, playing one of the many board games at the dining/gaming table, or simply relax watching Netflix.

The Annex enjoys rural outlooks over Highclere Estate to the front and Great Pen Wood to the rear. It is a first floor separate annex providing privacy during your stay. The newly decorated cosy two bedroom cottage has a kitchen, sitting area, a separate modern bright bathroom. Private outside space is also available.

The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Anyway it's perfect for a get-away-from-it-all weekend or midweek break.
